An amazing fresh carved buffet station with Venison, Bison, Elk, and Kangaroo, plus:

Wild Turkey Schnitzel, Marinated Squid, Shrimp, Roasted Wild Boar, Game Kabobs, Game Stew, Game Sausages, Alligator Sausages, Venison Sausages, Fried Alligator, Rabbit Stew & served with an assortment of cheeses, salads, chips & dip, oven-roasted potatoes, red cabbage, sauerkraut and much more!
